Help please
Hey everyone can you give some advices on how to sit a goal I’m really confused about it I didn’t start PE yet and I’m confused about starting PE too
I’m 18 I’m 5”
I can’t decide between waiting to see if I’m gonna grow more naturally or doing PE
And when I think about start PE starting I can’t sit a goal I wanted to be 6” then I started thinking If I’m gonna do PE I should sit a higher goal like 7”
And I’m confused about it cause 7” inches is gonna take more time etc etc etc
So please help I feel like I’m ocd
