I know masterbation doesnt affect jelqing. But will it affect the qualty fo the gain? I mean will it be more faster to gain without masterbation? I masterbait 1 hour after jelq. Is it ok or is it contraindicated to the quality of your gain?

So does it mean that gains cannot be affected while masterbating after 2 hours?

No one really knows, it’s a question thats been debated again and again. IMO, it’s worthwhile to stay on the safe side just in case, and masturbate once a week if you need to.
