Help Strange injury

I was jelqing before a clamp sesh and the tip of the tube that runs along the bottom of the penis seems to have broken off it’s path, and a bloody sac protruded where it got out of place. Someone please help me with this, I’m freaking out.

I have not experienced anything like you have explained.
