HELP Two months but no results

Hi all, I’m Italian and my stats are 15,5 cm NBPEL, 17,5 cm BPEL and 14 cm EG. In this moment I’m worried only about length, but in any case I’m two months in PE and I have no results :( I do PE between four and six times a week and this is my routine:

5 min - hot water
20 min stretching 2 min in each direction at medium force, I feel a bit pain, but not so much
20 min jelqing
5 min hot water

I want length, I’m happy with my girth in this moment, so How can I do? Please help me, I’m sad

Cut back to a three - four day a week schedule.

Spend more time warming up.

Give it a bit more time RB. Concentrate most of your time on your straight down stretches, and either side of straight down. Spend less time on other directions, but still do them. As KP says, make sure you are jelqing and warming up properly. Six days a week is probably too much. Four days a week is plenty.

I don’t think anyone should move onto PE using devices until they have got some manual gains; if there are gains to be had, you should be able to get some from manual methods if you are doing them right.

It’s odd that in two months you haven’t made ANY gains.

I think that you should focus in the warmup and warmdown parts of your routine.
I found hot water to be innefective because first of all you have to be in a place where you can wet and second you have to constantly re-warm the wrap. I use the rice full of sock and it’s perfect! It’s clean, easy handling and holds heat for a long time. You can try adding a minute or two to your warmup time.

Also remember that BEFORE you begin any exercise you should be properly heated (after stretching and before jelqing you should do another warmup).

I know that everybody is different but I have my personal (maybe bull :P) theory that somehow big guys will be easy gainers comparing to little guys. It’s an obvious (again, just a guess) nature thing meaning that if you’re big your capability to grow is there, that’s the reason why you’re already big in the first place.
I began PE with your length size and in 5 weeks I’ve added 3 cm. to my penis. I haven’t even got to 10 minutes of stretching.

Eat well, exercise well, rest well and be consistent with your schedule. You should see the results in no time. :)

Yes I agree water cools down to much.
Try a warm sock.
Better yet I find that fowfers and bed fowfers make an excellent warm up and stretch combined.

I think you started with too much. You current routine is what I use after PEing for 1 1/2 years. So what I think is that your penis toughened up. Maybe I am wrong, PE for another 2-3months. If no growth, then it take a decon break. You can take it now if you feel the need to.

Hello I am new to this forum, but I hope my advice would be appreciated.I believe that cutting back would indeed help but I am not sure if 4 per week would be enough?Could be 5/week with 2 days on 1 off 3 days on 1 off?? Still it makes me wonder doesn`t the penis get enough rest to repair?
