It’s odd that in two months you haven’t made ANY gains.
I think that you should focus in the warmup and warmdown parts of your routine.
I found hot water to be innefective because first of all you have to be in a place where you can wet and second you have to constantly re-warm the wrap. I use the rice full of sock and it’s perfect! It’s clean, easy handling and holds heat for a long time. You can try adding a minute or two to your warmup time.
Also remember that BEFORE you begin any exercise you should be properly heated (after stretching and before jelqing you should do another warmup).
I know that everybody is different but I have my personal (maybe bull :P) theory that somehow big guys will be easy gainers comparing to little guys. It’s an obvious (again, just a guess) nature thing meaning that if you’re big your capability to grow is there, that’s the reason why you’re already big in the first place.
I began PE with your length size and in 5 weeks I’ve added 3 cm. to my penis. I haven’t even got to 10 minutes of stretching.
Eat well, exercise well, rest well and be consistent with your schedule. You should see the results in no time. :)
