I have been doing the newbie routine for 2 weeks and now when I’m flaccid the upper half of my penis is fatter than the bottom half and it doesn’t look to good and my penis is shorter when it’s flaccid and when it’s erect. I was 4.2 when I was flaccid and I was 6.5 when I was erect. Now I’m 4 when I’m flaccid and 6.2 when I’m erect. Is this common when you start? Is it bad? Can I prevent it? And any other questions that would be asked. Thanks.

I don’t know what happened to you. But a lot of people say that if you get smaller when doing PE you’re over training and doing it to strong for the start so it effects you negative. That’s possible, it’s the only thing that I know.

Don’t measure too quick after a PE sessions as it won’t be accurate. Wait until after a day or two off.

What is your actual routine? Agree with Luka89, seems like a sign of over-training. Or lack of warm-up. Stretching way too hard in the beginning of your routine, you must build up the intensity slowly. The same with jelqing. Drink water before and after. And please take the necessary break.

Reduced gains….I had that some time ago, it got me out of PE for a while. My advice from experience, is to lay off PE for a while, 2-3weeks then start back again, this time take it easy and gradually increase the intensity.

What was your initial girth (flaccid/erect) and what is your current girth?

Is it possible that you’ve been gaining girth without gaining length yet, and you are slightly shorter as a result?

Seems like your getting the ‘baseball bat’ effect. When jelqing, grip as close to the bottom of your penis possible and jelq at an even pressure throughout the whole length of the penis. You may be losing girth because you are gaining in length. This is common. To prevent it? Hmm.. I would suggest do more intense girth workouts later down the track.
