Help

Hey everyone,

I just registered 1 day ago and before that I was looking around in the forum a lot.
That was like 2 weeks ago when I first found this forum and I started that same day.
I began with 5 min warm up, 200 jelq ± 20 min, 5 min warm down & massage. I also take the 2 days of.
The first day I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, I was shocked that my dick looked that big.
Anyway I got some real motivation there so I continued that same process for like 2 weeks, until yesterday.
I noticed that I had a decrease of erections (well actually NO erections at all, if not stimulated) and I felt like my dick was numb the through the day. Thinking that the numbness & decreased erections were a negative sign I stopped with this routine. So now I’ve started with the standard newbie routine yesterday, but I noticed when I did that routine it wasn’t like ‘puffed up’ like usual. And again the numbness and almost no erections.

Before I found this site I went on and off with jelqing and stretching routines with no gain
Because I got demotivated after just 1 month. Then I tried it another time but again I got demotivated after a month. I got no gains in these attempts, maybe .5 cm. The reason that I’ve stopped these times was the same as what made me stop the routine I was doing now. Numbness, almost no erections and also seeing that my dick looked smaller in the erection and flaccid state.

Before I did the PE I had a lot of erections trough out the day and when I had the break of like 6 months between this new attempt and the on and off period I was ‘regaining’ the erections sort of say.

I’m 19 years now, 14.5 cm erect, 7 cm flaccid. I don’t know how to measure the girth yet but I will look that up after this post.

I KNOW that this PE thing works I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong that makes the decrease of erections and numbness possible.

I hope you guys can help me out!

You are simply overtrained I believe. Take a break for a couple of weeks until your erections return, and when you start at it again, do a more gentle routine, also consider how hard you grip you dick when jelqing. You are obviously overdoing something.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

Hi JB26,

I have been doing PE since January, and my routine is only some very simple stretches and 100 *light* jelqs at 40% to 50% erection level. I have not measured for a few months and I will not measure until Christmas, but I can definitely feel that there is improvement in both length and width, but also great erections. I think you are doing too much and you should probably take a month off and start again with light stretches and maybe 50 jelqs, 2 days on 1 day off.

Warm up before and warm down after, and don’t worry if it doesn’t feel like you have worked your dick after a routine. You have, and if you are patient and careful, results will come.

Good luck!

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:

START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info Contains the following in regards to the newbie routine, check it out:

The Newbie Routine can be too much for some guys just starting out. If you find that it is "too much, too soon" for you, try cutting the recommended number of exercises in half and increase the time and repetitions gradually.

Or you can try this routine as an alternative.

My grip is hard/firm so that I can feel the blood flowing you know.
Because it has no effect if you don’t feel the blood flowing. Right?
Well what do you think, should 1 week do for the recovery?

@ Mgus

I’ve read the PI thread, but I didn’t know for if it really was numbness or decrease.
I’ve post this, for being sure and to know what you guys think about what I should do.
You know, since you all are more experienced with PE.
While writing I realised that it really was numbness and decrease.

@ WideLoad

Man, I see what I was doing wrong, the stretching was like in 30 % erection but with the jelqing it was like almost fully erect. I always do the jelqing with a hard grip so that I can feel the blood flow you know.
And do it mon-fri and sat/sun off. The warm up and warm down I do that while in the shower with a extra hot water (no rice sock or things like that), and also the exercises (with lube off course). Oh really ? I always thought that you had to feel that your was worked. I see that I was wrong, I have to have patience and be careful. Thanks ! That was really a eye opener :P

@ Iamaru

I see. So I have to take 2-3 weeks of like sparky said in the ‘Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections’ thread, and make EQ my priority for now. Also cutting off on the newbie routine. The New newbie seems better for me and it’s explained a little bit more. I’m going to see in a couple of weeks if it works then =D. Thanks a lot !

Today after like a month (just to be sure) I started the PE again.
I noticed that my erections gained and when it was decreasing a bit I thought it was a good moment to start again.

So this is what I did:

(I do the exercises under the shower, and I use Vaseline as lube)

5 min warm up (hot water)
100 jelqs
5 min warm down (hot water)

I did the jelqs with a very loose grip compared to how I’ve been doing it, but I noticed that it was enough to keep the blood flowing.

I’m planning to do it 2 days and 1 off.
After a month I’m going to add the stretching exercise

5 times repeating the up,down, left, right stretching

Well I was wondering what you guys think of this routine.
Do you think it’s no good and too gentle or is this a good start after the break I took?

You can start with stretching as the newbie routine suggests. You don’t have to wait for a month, as long as you don’t overwork.

Theoretically its fine, but is it good for you? Watch your EQ, and I recommend easy on the jelque force. The most common newbie mistake is too much force on jelquing.

Too little is better than too much. Too little and you will still improve EQ, too much and you not only DON’T grow, but your dick won’t work very well either!

Start with this routine, if you EQ improves dramatically, but after a few weeks there aren’t gains, then add a small amount of time every couple weeks until you see gains.

If you EQ drops, try using less force, but keeping the time the same, or go to 1 on 1 off.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had already responded to this thread. Not only that but I gave decent advice complete with links and everything; go me!

Glad you are rested/healed back up. Follow sparkyx’s advice and develop good self monitoring skills. PE works, and it works best if you are careful to not break your penis.

The title of this thread sucks syphilitic goats for pocket change. Thanks for saying what you did rather than what I did.

For any other newbies reading this: you are always much better off with a descriptive thread title rather than “Help”. “Help- PE related erection problems!” for example.

It won’t happen again.

Thanks sparkyx & iamauru for the quick response.

Hopefully now the results will be there!

Really for most guys, PE is a PROCESS. Some are lucky enough to nail the right amount right away, some take a while and some give up before they figure it out. PE works…but the trick is to find the right amount that works for YOU!

If you don’t get gains, you just have to keep studying and learning and experimenting and OBSERVING until you do succeed. Just set your mind that you won’t quit until you succeed…and you eventually will.

My threads are intended to help guys figure it out.
