Ok. I have been looming around for a while now with no actual commitment to any sort of PE at all. I purchased a couple pumps, one being a le luv I think. Used that one a few times and put it in my closet and didn’t touch it again. Yes I pumped without the newbie routine first (I know). Why am I here? I’m here because I want to “hold” my dick. I’m looking for flaccid gains. I’m aware and happy to receive the erect gains that come with those but that is not my purpose. I have nephews with bigger hang than me ” changing diapers” yeah I feel it’s that bad. So.. Where does this thread come in? I have searched, and searched, and searched. And then I did it again. Nobody talks about flaccid.. Like ever. It’s just a “side effect”. Where do I start? Newbie routine( I get it). Where do I go from there? Too small for any jelqing device I have seen. Should I get a hydro max? Should I use the other pump I already own? Should I hang? What works best for flaccid gains? Now before you say it, I don’t go to the gym. Only 1 other person EVER sees my member and that’s my wife.. I’m doing this for me a little for her too but mainly myself. Now for the tough part.. Where I work my shift is not consistent so if I stretch at 4pm today.. I may be working at 4pm next week. Will that play a roll in gains or lack there of? My time working is always the same just not start and stop. So if my routine it’s 2 hours a day I could do that but not at the same time everyday. I know.. Rest days. But again what do I do for flaccid.. I’m realistically at about 2” right now on a good day. I would like to see 5 or even 6. Please don’t send me to a page that was started like 5 years ago many things change in 5 five years. I would like tried tested and true methods please. I know, everyone is different what works for you may not work for me.

I know this is a lot for a first post and I thank you for reading it and possibly helping me out.

Every time I restart PE I start with the newbie routine and, the first gains I get are flaccid hang. For me, my BPFSL and, NBPFSL are the first figures to gain and, they are they most consistent figures that gain. Actual midday flaccid hang is subjective on a variety of factors. The fact that you stated that you weren’t in the gym means that you know that helps with PE, I think it helps tremendously with flaccid hang, especially if your overweight or obese. Not having any subcutaneous fat surrounding the member gives it less space to retire into.

Start at the newbie routine or a variation of it. Consider purchasing an ADS in a couple of months. Also look in making a HTW. A variation I like to use is:
5 min warm up
10 min stretching (Grabbing 2” behind the head, not directly behind the glans.)
25 ‘perfect jelqs’ (Pushing as far into the fat pad as possible, while bent forward at a 45 degree angle. I even pull the tip out just a bit before every stroke to maximize volume.)
That’s it! I go 2 on 1 off or 3 on 2 off, and I’ve been gaining consistently every single time I do it. I have my most monster flaccid after my 25th jelq.

Don’t be lazy. Use your hands. They’re free.

Anything that stretches your dick will, over time, increase your flaccid.

So just start a stretching routine. If you want to look into hanging start reading up on that.

Pumping with a correct sized cylinder could also help.

That’s why everyone calls it a “side effect” because it is. But to your point about which is best. I’d say manual stretches and hanging would be most effective at increasing flaccid length.

Just watch a national geographic video of those dude who hang rocks off their cocks all day. They have long flaccids.

Agree with DamnIT. Wear loose boxers or no underwear, and get a few penis weights. Then take a walk nearly every day wearing the weights. And give five or six stretches after each time you urinate. Your flaccid will grow longer and heavier.

So you recommend any specific ADS? I work in a manufacturing environment so it would have to stay in place with lots of moving around? And what is an HTW?

Been hanging since January. I’d say more accurately to increase your flaccid LENGTH hanging helps. Still need girth exercises or better blood flow for flaccid girth from my experience to date.

My flaccid changed a lot when I stopped wearing underwear. Good old gravity began to have an effect throughout the day. A sensible newbie routine will yield flaccid gains over time as well.

Seems like the guy who does the peweights is oob I can’t get a reply from him at all. But with the gold weights I don’t see an actual weight in the description. What is the normal weight for these?

I see people who say they hang like 15# not oz is this correct? Or am I reading this wrong? Idk but anyway should I just start with one of these and work my way up then or idk. I do know I have the materials for a wench just need a couple more weeks till I move then I’ll construct and start just getting my ducks in a row. Thank you for all of the already submitted advise
