Hiya all,
I am new here so just thought I would let you know what I am doing.
I have been doing some PE here and there for the last month and tomorrow am going to start properly.
My starting stats are: (I don’t know what all the short hand terms are so bare with me)
Floppy: 3 and 1/4 inch Length + 4 and 1/4 inch Girth
Erect: 5 and 3/4 inch Length + 5 and 1/4 inch Girth
My goal is to be 7 inch Length and 6 inch Girth
I am going to be doing Memento’s plan as follows without the Horse 440.
Morning session
5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
20 min long hold inverted v-stretch
5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
Evening session
10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
15-20 min 80-90% jelq with 1-2 30 sec hold Horse 440 squeezes every 5 mins
2-5 min 30 sec hold horse squeezes mixed with sadsak head exercise mod
10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
4 hours min break between sessions. Sessions Monday to Friday with weekend off.
