What’s up! Excited I got into the membership on this forum, been reading it the past few weeks and have been learning a lot and want to continue PEing.

I’ve only just learned about PE about 3 weeks ago and just started recently.

My starting stats are EL: 7” and EG: 5.5” (Haven’t really measured flaccid really)

My routine right now is pretty simple

Manual stretching 5-10mins 3 times a day (usually once in the morning, mid afternoon, and before I sleep) in every direction.
Kegels 100-200 daily
*Trying* to grasp the jelq but I can’t seem to quite do it right I don’t think.

At first I did this routine everyday but I think I’m going to take a day or two (starting today) to relax.

This is my first post and any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hoping to be doing PE for a while to keep the gains consistent and permanent.

P.S. Since I can’t have a signature yet my “lifetime” goal is EL: 8-8.5” and EG: 6-7”
P.P.S. I also would like to know the opinion of anyone on this forum of what 7x5.5 is considered.

7 EL is nice and big. 5.5 girth is very nice.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Keep trying to grasp the jelq. Learn about heat and add some firegoat rolls if you start to get any discolouration (or before, to avoid it).

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Keep a very detailed diary with both quantitative and qualitative observations. This will help you keep track of your progress and plan your next workout.

Damn you big starters lol! Do you realize how freakishly big you could be if you wanted to? I am at 5.5 girth after a little more than a year of PE and I am at 6.5 length as of my last measurement. I had to work hard for both. Just don’t get too big. You’ll make all the rest of us say “I give up” and quit. Seriously though don’t overdo it otherwise you’ll be too big for the majority of women.

Yeah my girlfriend already told me she doesn’t want me any bigger but I’m doing PE for myself, not her. :P

8-8.5” x 6-7” isn’t that huge I don’t think.

I’m trying, I just can’t seem to get the technique down quite right yet.

8.5” x 7” is very large indeed. And rare.

Good jelq technique takes a while and a lot of experimenting, but it’s well worth getting to ‘mastery’ level. Everyone’s technique is minutely different, but gives them the right feel. I like to think of using the thumb and forefinger ring as though they were squeegeeing runny honey off a smooth stick. :)

I’d settle for 8” x 6.5”.

That helped me firegoat! I will try that starting monday. Thanks for the tips.

Still looking for more criticism, maybe stuff to add to the routine? (Still newbie of course)

Oh nice I forgot about that! I’ll try to obtain a camera really soon before I get too far into PE.
