Hi there. First of all I’m pretty glad that there is such forum, I’ve been looking for one a long time now..
I have a couple of questions about my size, the newbie routine and some of the devices you guys use.

First of all, I’m 5.95 in lenght and about 4.8 in girth. On which of these two do you suggest me work ?
Another thing , my weight : I am about 5`10 and I weigh about 175-180 pounds. I feel fat honestly, and I’ve got a fat pad.. Do you think that I can gain at least a half an inch if I lose some weight and how much weight do you think I should lose so there is visible result ? Should I do ab exercises or something ?

As for the newbie routine , I think I got it, but looking at the videos I realized that it won’t be the same with me, I’m not circumcised and It’s going to be a bit difficult, because when I wrap mu fingers around my shaft, It feels like I’m only moving my skin up and down.. Any suggestions from guys that aren’t circumcised ?

And my final question is about this thing I found and I’m not sure wether I buy it. I see that you have something called clamping, my question is , can it be done with something like this ? (See attached)

Basically I want to improve my girth, but I’m not sure if the newbie routine is aimed at that ? What do you think, according to my measures, what’s the best way to go ?

No that won’t work for clamping, it just doesn’t cut off enough, and from reading the forums go for length then girth

Welcome to the forum Cook22! The general consensus is, length then girth. My advise would be stick to the newbie routine (it took me several weeks to really master the techniques!) for a few months and condition your penis then worry about advanced exercises like clamping. And don't use something like that for clamping. That looks like an injury waiting to happen!

Losing fat pad will give you some added length, but that seems to be the absolute last place that fat burns off. I’d focus on the newbie routine for your cock, and if you’re concerned with weight loss, do that for your health and self image.

Good advice. Let me reiterate. Don’t do anything like clamping, or hanging until your conditioned through the newbie routine before using any PE devices. This will lesson the risk of injuries.

Okay so you suggest I just start with the newbie routine, no devices, no fancy stuff ? Can someone that’s not circumcised tell me what they do yo jelq ? It’s pretty hard, I’ve got a lot of skin.. Should I use baby oil or something ?

What type of food do you suggest to encourage blood circulation ? I’ve heard about taking vitamins too, suggestions ?

Another thing that I want to ask you about kegels.. Here’s the deal, when I get really hard, I start doing kegels, I don’t hand-clamp my dick, just no hands, and when I start doing them, my dicks starts to get flaccid, first is my glans.. Let me rephrase that, when I do the actual kegel, for couple of seconds my penis swells and gets as twice as hard, and 3 seconds later, when I release the tension on the kegel muscle (don’t know if it’s called like that ) my penis just starts going flaccid.. Is this normal ?

I have a problem with jelqing because I have too much skin and when I get to the top my penis kind of slides in this whole cocoon of skin and I can’t complete my jelq. It’s just not possible like it is shown on the videos.. Anyone that’s not circumcised had that same too much skin problem ?

Also do you think that the thing with the kegels is normal ?

Have you tried pulling the skin back with one hand, keep it pulled back and have an “okay” grib around the base as you jelq with your other hand?

Stick with the newbie routine for a good 6 months, milk all of those newbie gains.
