Hi all, thx moderator and administrator to let me join this great and useful forum. Just want to ask is there any PC mucle exercise video, coz I find it’s very hard to do the kegle for jelqing beginer,.. Thx before

Since the PC muscle is internal they can’t really video it. The action basically is in my words; Sit there naked, with a semi erect or flaccid dick. And try and move it, there’s basically one muscle there to make it come up and shoot your jizz out. So use that muscle to try and move your dick up. Once you do that you’ll know it’s the right muscle. Try and not squeeze your bum cheeks together aswell. Anyway, it’s best to try and hold the kegels for as a long as possible. Over time it will get stronger so you will be able to hold for longer.

It’s generally regarded that a few longer squeezes(10seconds -30 seconds) are better than many rapid 1 second kegels.

If you can get your penis to move (can’t you?), you are using your PC muscle. It’s the muscle you can use to make your penis twitch and throb when you have an erection. You might also sort of feel it pulling your balls up a little

I never understood the urine flow, I tried it perhaps twice. Everywhere I’ve read about kegels it suggests this but I think the ‘moving your dick’ concept is far easier for novices to the exercise to understand.
