Hi PulaMare, first of all, welcome to Thunders. Secondly. from what you are describing I would think that you possibly were too intense with your routine.

Did you notice the blood after stretching, or jelqing or when? You don’t tell us where you were gripping and how hard you had a hold of your dick. You don’t give us a lot of information to go on and we really do need information in order to give you good solid advice.

It didn’t hurt maybe yeah I used too much strenght.

It sounds like you were using more force (strength) than your penis can handle right now. Ease off on the force and see if that helps, if it doesn’t come back and we (as in all of us) will attempt to figure out what is going on.
