So BPEL is 16cm but npel is about 14.75cm so when you turn that into inches 16cm=6.6in whichnisna nice size for a penis I just wish I could see the 1.25cm that’s hiding. I do have some fat I plan on losing. I’m not over weight either. So I’m just wondering what a could fat pad isnim sure lady’s don’t like sitting on a skeleton.

Any body fat caliper would work fine, but I suggest the Sequoia warrior digital caliper; it’s more accurate than regular calipers.

depends also much on were your body store your fat, higher then normal estrogen in guys make them to store fat similar to girls, around the hips, butt and thigs which will give you a smaller nbpel.. It also depends on how you pelvic bone is tilted, if it´s tilted in to your body will it give you a bigger gap between your bpel and nbpel, otherwise a smaller variation

Some gyms have the equipment to check your body fat. The online charts or systems that just input weight/height/build are pretty inaccurate, in my opinion.

I got problem with fat pad as well, but much bigger difference for me. Iam like 16cm NBPEL and 21.5cm BPEL. But Iam kinda bulked up because of my sport. I don’t think you can get much less than 1 cm fat pad tbh, I would be overwhelming happy if mine was 1.25cm. :)

Yeah, mine is 2.5-3.0cm, and I’m not a fat guy (although I have some of that skinny-fat thing going). Cutting half of that and adding 1.25cm to my nbp would be nice, and I would probably be happy about having such a small fat pad. :p

Hm, that’s interesting. I have some hyperlordosis (at least it looks like it to me), that I’m working on correcting through stretching, but I never linked it to ‘penile appearance’ for some reason. I can see how it could make a difference, although I’m assuming a pretty subtle one.

I’m fighting my fat pad and it’s tough. I’ve had some success, but I’m sure I could still at cut at least another half inch off.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

My fat pad is 1,8 -2cm ( 0.7-0.8 inch) , I am 5”10 tall and 170 lbs for 16% body fat (I am 36 years old) so it is normal.


Start 01/01/09 6.8"BPEL(17,2cm) 4.3"MEG (11cm) Off 01/01/10 at 7.0"BPEL(17.7cm) 4.5"MEG (11.4cm). Back in PE after 4 years off - Back to NB routine the 03/01/2014 at 7.0"BPEL(17.7cm) 4.6"MEG (11.7cm)

Now :7.5"BPEL X 4.6 EG :/ Short Term Goal 7.3"X5" (lenght reached !) Long Term Goal 7.5"X5.5" : hard! (length achieve, desperate about poor girth). New goals : ST: 7.7X4.75 LT: 8X5.1

I never measure NBPEL because it’s so variable, but my fatpad is around 2.5 inches. As a result of being very overweight. My BPEL is 19.5 cm or 7.7 inches, with my NBPEL being around 5-6. Is it legitimate for me to claim a 7+ inch penis? I feel insecure about such a huge disparity. I am losing weight at the moment, but as you probably know the fat pad is the last to go.

It’s difficult to lose fat in this area. I’d like to her to a half inch if possible.

My fat pad is about 1” now. When I was a young skinny guy it was only about the thickness of my skin :) . I was 6’ 2” tall and couldn’t get over 150 pounds no matter how hard I tried. A couple of years ago I got up to 270 pounds without trying or wanting to. It just seemed to creep up on me. I lost a little over 50 pounds in 2013 and my fat pad didn’t seem to diminish at all (very disappointing). If I can’t get rid of it by diet and exercise I may consider some surgical reduction, but that’s going to be a long time from now.


Wish I knew this when I was a young man! I can no longer accept the things I cannot change. It’s time to change the things I cannot accept!
