How do you put up photos taken with a iPhone
I’m new to thunders and would like to put up my before picture. I only use an iPhone so I was wondering if it was possible to submit photos and if so how do you do it?

Use iTunes to transfer the photos from your iPhone to your computer, upload the photos from your computer to Thunder’s.

I don’t have access to a computer is there any way to email directly from the phone?

Why don’t you google it, I am sure it’s possible. I don’t use a iPhone, but my HTC Sensation has those options.

I don’t have an iPhone but on my Android phone you just do as you would with a computer, click on manage attachments from the full reply page, hit browse, select the pic. What happens if you do that?

I don’t think it can be done from a iPhone. I just tried looking into it on my iPhone. No options were given to pull it off. My best advice is to try different browsers (apps).
