How does one delay ejaculation
I’ve been doing kegels everyday and there is definitely an improvement in erection quality, but it doesn’t seem to help in delaying ejaculation for me. I’ve tried edging also, but there doesn’t seem to be any improvement. I read around that reverse kegels can help, but I don’t know if I am even doing them correctly. From my understanding, you just push with your lower abdomen. During urination this expels urine with greater force. Is there more to it than that? Are there any sensations I should be looking for to know if I am doing them correctly? Should I continue doing normal kegels daily? Should I do more reverse kegels than regular or an equal amount? Sorry, lot of questions. Thanks for your help.
