How important is Warming up

So I’m new to this (hence the posting in the newbie forum), and often times.I’m pretty lazy about warming up. I live with 2 other roommates(guys), so keeping this to myself is of top most priority lol Here’s my question: I never warm up. Ever. I’ve been doing the newbie routine with regular stretching and then wet jelqing/dry jelqing, but no warm up at all. How detrimental do you think this would be to my results?

I feel like I’m making SOME progress. I don’t exactly have permanent results or anything like that.but in some instances my penis looks/feels somewhat bigger, though when I’ve measured its basically the same as it’s been. I’ve only been doing this for about 3 weeks, so I don’t expect immediate results, but I wouldn’t want to hinder my chances at gaining an inch or two because I’m being lazy.

I’m currently at literally just under 6” erect, 4 3/4” girth, with my primary goals of just getting to the far end of average in both length and girth before dreaming up anything bigger.

Well, three weeks is early days for any noticeable results, though if you are feeling as if you are getting somewhere, this should be some motivation for you to continue.

Give the newbie routine a chance. It has worked for thousands of us so check back in three months, the time will fly by and you will learn a substantial amount about about yourself and your dick in the process.

Dry jelqing, as long as you don’t go too hard, should be fine. Check for changes to your EQ.

Ditto. You can still make gains without warming up. But warming up is better. I do it both ways. Warming up is noticeably better than not warming up.

You should always Warm Up and Warm Down for risk of injury and skin discolourment. A proper good warm up will take 10-15min not 5 as mentioned(sta-kool is mostly always right with things, mind you).

Not meaning to hi-jack, but what do you think of this, JelqVader?

Usually what I do is 5 or so mins rice sock warm-up, and then jack-off for about ten minutes to get my penis filled with blood and “stretched out.”

Then I will start my PE routine.

I am ass-uming that is getting everything warmed up pretty good.

I have heard about this “rice sock” before but never looked into it. If it saves me 20min in total then I will try, and I’ll skip the jacking-off though lol.

Seriously, is this rice sock as good as hotcloth?

Absolutely, IMO it’s even better, the hotcloth tends to lose heat pretty quickly, the rice retains the heat much better even for a relatively long warm up (10-15 min).

JelqVader: as MarkPE says, The rice retains heat really well. These days I am using a product called "Bed Buddy" I got from the walgreens drug store. It is a heat pack you can put on your shoulders or whatever needs heat. (Feels great on sore shoulders). It is basically a big rice sock.
