How long before and after PE can one have sex

I am sure it’s written here somewhere.. But I have been going over every section for over 2 hours and I can’t still find it? And the search engine does not allow me to find this post either.. My girlfriend is horny and I don’t know what to do! Thanks

Go by the feeling. I usually have to wait few hours after sex to do PE because of sensitivity, but I can have sex shortly after I’m done with PE.

Go have sex with her. If you’re prioritizing PE over sex, I think you need to reevaluate your values :)

Besides, I don’t think it has a negative impact on your possible gains - only thing to it is that you may be fatigued from your PE work, which in turn may make your performance in bed suffer a little.

Have sex then wait 3 hrs to do PE. Because your penis will be exhausted from all that sex. General rule is wait to 3 to 4 hours.

Well first, as was mentioned by someone else, plan your sex schedule and *then* plan your PE schedule. Generally I try to leave 6-8 hours before and 2-3 hours after a PE session. That’s for masturbating or sex.

Well, what I would do if I was in that kind of position is just to do maybe 5-10 min of light jelquing about 30min-1hour before you have sex, nothing big but just enough to make sure you get maximum expansion during sex from that plump engorged penis. After that I’d wait 3-4 hours or so depending on how long I last. This would just be my plan if I was in that scenario.
