If you are just starting out with PE, then it is not advisable to do two routines a day. If you are not yet conditioned to the stresses involved, that can lead to overtraining and other negative PI’s.
On the other hand, if you have been doing PE for more than a few months, then looking into two sessions a day is fine. There are plenty of people that have documented progress and growth from two daily routines so it is something that can be considered when appropriate. Once you get to that point and want to experiment with that, it is a good way to see if you will benefit from the extra sessions or if it will just be too much to handle.
