Oops, my bad. Yes, you need to add that too. It’s probably more than an inch. However, the actual shape of the hand when gripping isn’t actually a circle. It’s more like a polygon. This will reduce the circumference somewhat. Let’s say this effect cancels out anything over an inch. That gives a girth of 6.2”-6.4”.
