How permanent are gains?
Hello all been doing PE for about a month now and feel great, not taking a measurement till 3 months into the linear routine to help ensure a good foundation is done before I reacces.
Anyway I had a question but really couldn’t find an exact answer, most of the result I looked at talked about the temporary/permanent gains from All day hangs and pumps. My question is this, how permanent are any gains from pure jelqing and stretching routines like those seen in both linear and newbie routines.
For example if I lets say get a gain of an inch and a half and get to 7.3 BPEL and .75 of EG into 5 EG, and then took off half a year from PE what would be the estimated results, and would it affect one stat more than the other? Maybe someone has had experience with this and can let me know first hand what their result were.
