Too many members in this site to all be making shit up.

I have been doing heat 10 min., stretch 2x30 sec. Each direction, more heat for 10 min. And 10 min. Quality jelqs.

In 3 weeks my EQ has improved drastically! Good flacid hang throughout the day and random erections.
