How to do Kegels ?

I am starting a Newbie routine but have no idea how to do kegels. Checked the video section and didn’t find anything on Kegels. Please assist.

There is alot of videos on the Youtube on how to do kegels, this one of them.

I do it everyday morning about 50 times and you can make it anywhere and any time.

Step 1: Go the the bathroom

Step 2: Urinate

Step 3: Stop the flow of urination with the muscles in your penile region, not your hand.

*The muscles that you contract to stop the flow are your PC muscles, and stopping that flow is the kegal.*

Step 4: Congratulations now that you’ve graduated from Deepwrath’s Kegal Kourse Tutorial use the same contraction that you used to stop urination with your PC muscles anytime anywhere.

Step 5: There is no step 5.
