Hey guys
I want to get some girth, I´ve been doing this for more then 1 year and I don’t think I have gained anything in girth, my BPEL is like 7,5 -7,9 inches and my girth is 5-5,1 inches.
I’ve tried the hard way and the easy way too, for the last 3 moths I’ve been doing 1 day on 1 off and still nothing. I’m wondering what is the right pressure?

I think its too much to masturbate once per day, but sometimes I slip( cause I’m pissed off that I don’t see any gains and masturbate 3 times a day) so this might be one of the reasons why I don’t gain.

I think that the pressure is really important, and I don’t know If I’m doing it right.

Are you addicted to masturbating? If I’ve had a really good session I don’t mind not jerking because I’m focused on my goals. Hey I used to do that. One of the big girth gainers said that keeping it at the expansion level he achieved from the session for as long as possible helped him. I forget who unfortunately. I think I did gain a slight amount of girth despite the fact I wasn’t training with that in mind primarily, and it certainly is fun.

You will also want to add a heat pad warm up prior and after your session followed by a cock ring of some sort.
