How to Jelq

I have read descriptions of how to jelq and understand the basic idea. However, I would like to see a video. The one’s posted in the video section have the demonstrator appearing to be at a high erection level and firm grip. It appears like it would be too rough for me to do it at that level.

Does anyone know of a video that is better designed for newbies?

Smart advice that I have read here is, start light and easy, less is more. Work your way, over a period of week or months, to an more intense grip and pressure. Longer (3-5 second) strokes are better than shorter ones.

I am unaware of any other videos other than what have been posted on this site. Your unit will tell you what is too firm of a grip and what is not.

Erection level for newbees is recommended to be between 50 and 70%.

Couldn’t have said beter myself….throw the “no pain, no gain” qoute out the window too. If you feel pain, stop. Like Red said, “your unit will tell you.”

I’ve read also that you’re not suppose to squeeze the bottom or top of the penis because they can cause permanent damage but in the video here on the site, he’s squeezing the whole penis pretty intensely. Should I just focus more on the sides? Or is getting an even grip all around the best choice?
