how to start again
Hi Guys, I’m not new to PE but I haven’t practiced for long. I had nice effects some years ago, in almost one year and half I gained 1 inch in lengh and 0.35 in girth (now I’m 6.9 bpel and 5.35 eg). These gains came from modified newbie routines based on jelqs, stretching, uli and bends.
Unfortunately after that period I did not gain anymore and for this reason I tries hanging for some months, but probably because of time and maybe because of physiological features it didn’t worked at all.
I stopped for some years (I found a girlfriend who really enjoyed my size and so I thought to be satisfied of what I have). Anyway now I would like to join again this world.
I would like to have some suggestion expecially from people who after gaining an inch or so had stopped to gain and changed their routine in another effective one, maybe based on harder exercises.
I know that I need a period to get accostumed to PE, and I’m having it now doing jelquing session of at least 20-30 min, but when I feel trained again I would like to improve my routine, to join again the group of gainers. I believe that, I don’t have a precise goal to reach, to gain is my goal!!!
