Also, as you research, read posts, be aware there are differing avenues of “work” that fellow users may use or recommend. For example some prefer to only use the “hand” exercises/workouts, others hang weights (usually over a pound), some use extenders (usually typically less than 2 lbs), some like all day stretchers ADS (typically fastened to a thigh), vacuum pumps, and there are probably more methods.
I alternate between some of these methods during the day. Kind of like having a toolbox of devices and methods.
Important:
Research your interests, so you know what you going to be doing, and do not injure yourself.
Resist going overboard with what you are doing. Moderation, and allowing time for things to happen is key. Your penis is a complex organ, not an earlobe fold of skin that you can simply deform and not suffer side effects.
You should not be doing anything that results in pain, as distinguished from simple discomfort.
