I am really worried

I am really worried

Hi, everyone. I am new to the forum.

I am not seeing Negative Physiologic Indicators at all, but still I am worried about my exercise. Before continuing I think I should give an introduction.

I am 23 years old and I have a penis with NBPEL of 14cm (5.5”) and EG of 12cm (4.7”).

One thing I should tell is that I had hypospadias (urethra malformation) and got a surgery to correct it when I was a baby. But, while most hypospadias correction is just about leaving an urethra opening in the underside of the penis shaft, the surgeon decided to open my penis and reconstruct my urethra all the way. So my urethra opening is on the head of the penis, but instead of an I, the opening looks more like an Y and has some details on the skin that look weird.
I am also circumcised because of that.

I have heard of Jelqing and penis enlargement a few years ago, but never tried following a routine or anything. But it was interesting the idea that I could increase my size.

Recently, I bought a penis air pump. Tomorrow I tried it for the first time.

Pumped for 7 minutes. I felt almost some pressure in the shaft (unnoticeable after some minutes getting used to it), but felt a lot on the head, specially the underside of the head. Not enough to be painful, though. Right after, I noticed my dick darker (not much, though), noticed some dark spots (barely noticeable), the skin where should start the foreskin was really swollen (like really fat), the shaft was swollen and the head was more swollen than the shaft. My erection was as strong as usual. No pain. After 30 minutes, my penis returned to normal conditions entirely.

I slept.

Today my penis was completely normal. So I decided to pump again. I pumped for 8 minutes and I put slightly more pressure. I felt the same sensations in my penis as yesterday, except I felt a sharper pressure in the underside of the head, borderline ache. Right after, my penis looked the same as after the first pumping, but I noticed a little bump near the Y. After 45 minutes, my penis returned to normal conditions entirely, except the region where should start the foreskin was still puffed up. No pain. Erection, normal. Now, it has passed more than an hour and still the foreskin region is fat.

Considering I had no negative PIs: No loss of erection, no loss of size, no pain, etc..

My question is: Is it normal? Should I be worried about this? Did the surgery I did when I was only some months old fucked up my penis in a way I can’t do PE? Should I give up on PE entirely?

Sorry if my english is bad, I hope you understood.

Your English was fine!

If you have no negative PIs then so far everything seems fine

I would suggest pumping for less time Since it seems like your penis isn’t used to it

Don’t forget about rest days either, and don’t up the pressure too high either

Good luck

Where I said “tomorrow”, I meant “yesterday”. LOL

Does your pump have a gauge?

Are you warming up before starting?

The swollen area near the glans is fluid buildup due to the pump pressure. Which means you might need to adjust what you’re doing, fluid is no real gains, the key to success with pumping is trying to get the most CC expansion and the least fluid buildup .

Maybe lower pressure for longer time and with heat will help with that.

Also you should be doing some stretches and jelqs prior to pumping.

Follow a schedule 2 on 1 off and see how it goes.

5 minutes stretches followed by 5 minutes jelqs and 10 minutes pumping should be fine as long as you decrease the pressure.

Start 30/06/2016 - BPEL 13cm MSEG 11,50cm

Now - BPEL 16,20cm MSEG 12,00cm BPFSL 18,00cm BPELIT 18,00cm Clamped BPEL 17,50cm

DREAM! 19cm BPEL 17cm NBPEL 14cm MSEG

No, it does not. My pump is the simplest possible. It’s what I could afford. :(
It has length measures on the side, though.

Thanks for the advice. Makes a lot of sense now that you said it.

Thanks, I am going to try that. It makes a lot of sense.
