There is not any dangerous if you ejaculating once a day but it could become a problem if you do it more than once a day or become addicted.

I’ve figured out that if I stay focused on doing a PE routine for a day, ending the routine with edging helps a ton. So I’m going to see how long I can go without masturbating now, keeping edging in mind, and read up on the benefits of it.

If jacking off is a problem - in the sense that you can’t fight it, you give in and masturbate and feel like you fail etc afterward, ktstevens might be onto something.

Yes, that’s it. That’s it! At the end of my PE sessions and days off PE, edging is the master plan. I feel like I’m learning how to control it way better and it feels much much better than just wacking off and ejaculating.

This is epic. Will this help boost gains? I’ve started a stretching routine that ends with jelqing, then edging.

Ehh I read the first page. I’m 20 and masturbate virtually every night. It always makes the morning wood really good and I can always perform my PE routines with ease. Masturbation doesn’t stop gains at this age. I presume doing it way to much at a young age when you’re developing may effect some growth though but there’s no point thinking about that. Those times have gone, concentrate on the present and what you can do.

Audacia, you’re right, most of the time when I can’t get erect is from overthinking whatever situation comes up. I enjoy masturbating, but after edging for a few days, an extreme urge comes up and provokes me to ejaculate. This isn’t really a problem though, because after ejaculating a day, I take another few days off, and next PE session will end with a nice edging session.

I have not really done it this much when I was younger.
