This is very true, while I can see a difference from my very 1st set of pics to my latest when looking at it in the flesh it just seems the same size no matter how much increase you’ve made.

Did it today..

Manual stretch went good except it was little hard to get good grip without feeling pain in glans of the grip. Maybe because I was flaccid?

Jelq was also good, I felt how glans got bigger and filled. Little hard to do 3 sec jelq, but in the end I found a good tempo to preform it. Only problem there was I got to much erect or it went flaccid to much but it’s first time.

As hot wrap I used 2L bottle filled with warm water and loved it=)

Did even kegeling.

Now afterwards I don’t feel any pain , glans is okay. Root of penis feels worn a bit but looks like before..

I suppose this is the right way to do it.

john, remember, if you have powerful erections during the night and morning when you wake up, this shows that you are doing the exercises properly. If, contrarily, your penis is limp throughout the night and/or you do not wake up with an erection, you may be hurting by working your penis excessively.

I don’t know if I have it under night, I sleep very good=)
But tomorrow when I wake up I’ll, but my penis has to adapt of this training, so even if I’m not erected tomorrow, maybe I will after my rest day.

Pain in your glans? I think you are probably doing something wrong; you should avoid to squeeze your glans when stretching.

I take grip 1inch under the glans but I’m not big in flaccid so I can’t get a good grip, And when I felt that grip was not good and did pain in glans I stopped and did took another . But that was first time, hopefully tomorrow

Haha, no, I think you are speaking of Tom Hubbard - yes, he is in a very good shape.

I got no night wood and almost no morning either, and penis dose not feel strong at all, erect is not holding. I’ve had 2 sessions of PE and today I’ve rest day.
If the EQ don’t be better tomorrow then I should rest more days?
I’ve read about EQ, and that was suggests to rest till I get back high EQ.

But can this depend because it’s first time penis is feeling those touches and stretches so if I instead do about 50-100 jelqs ( instead of 200 in newbie routine ) and less stretches.

Is this better solution then resting more days?

By the way, I’ve been sensitive with stretches and jelqing. Doing them with no hurry and no hard grips that would make pain in penis. I felt stretching when I did stretch and I felt I was pumping blood when jelq.
