Essentially, I may have overdone myself. I’m kinda new to PE, and I’m really only looking for girth gains, so sometimes ill try an exercise similar to a clamp, but for not as long, and usually with my hand alone. But this time instead I tied something around the base instead of using my hand, but now my dick feels cold. Abnormally cold.

So I don’t really know if that’s a bad sign or not.

Untie it and do some massaging. Maybe take a hot shower. It’s probably fine, but be more careful in the future. You only have one dick.

Just try to massage and bring some fresh blood into, take a few days off, then start off slowly. Did you condition yourself with any of the newbie routine before doing more extreme things?

I did start with wet jelqing for a month. Which isn’t very long I know, but up until now, no real problems. Ill try and massage, and ill take it easy for a while. Then I will start back up from the newbie routine. I’m just not really concerned with length right now. My girth to length proportions feel a little off, so id like to take care of that. But I can see that first, I need to condition myself. Thanks guys. Any more tips for a noob would be appreciated.
