I don't trust my gains. Asking experts for advice

I’m a total newbie in this (been doing PE exercises for roughly 10 weeks). Being a newbie I over did it and had to take a break for 1 week. After getting the VLC tugger and using it for a couple of weeks the VLC dug in to the frenulum and actually made a semi split of it, resulting in 10 days off (newbie error mistake, not the actual VLC btw). I have now found a routine that works without overdoing it.

The everyday exercises have been nothing special:

Hot shower
Stretching for 3-4 min
Jelqing 100 times (50 left hand, 50 right hand)
Erection bends , just as a “reward” because it feels so damn nice. :)
Total time is about 15 min

On top of that I’ve constantly been pulling on it whenever possible. Lately I’ve been using the VLC tugger instead of pulling on it.

The results however has been astonishing going from 6.1” to 6.6” bone pressed in length (measuring when having a “normal” erection, not after jelqing, stretching or anything else).
This can surely not be “normal”? However the measurements are what they are and I’m just asking the experts here what you think I should do to keep gaining and keep the results?
The goal is to reach 7” in length as that is what the wife can take without discomfort. The girth is OK as it is at 5.3” at the middle of the penis, but if it gains I will not complain.

Regards from Sweden

Newbie gains are common, and they are rather miraculous in nature. So seeing those gains in 10 weeks, while not the most common newbie gains story I’ve heard is certainly within the realm of possibility.

Don’t change your routine. Do not step it up. And keep track of your rest days. More is better. Your gain rate won’t stay stable like that forever but you may be able to hit your goal if you’re lucky in a short time. Just stay diligent.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

First, congrats on the gains!!

I agree with thoughtfulgold that those results are not common, but not unheard of. I gained a similar amount when I first started, and whether it was improved
EQ, newbie gains, or just being really blessed, gains are gains! I also agree that you shouldn’t change anything until the gains stop. Ride that wave until you’re no longer seeing progress.

My early PE journey was not as well documented as I wish it was. I did gain fast. Roughly an inch in the first year. I say roughly because my pre PE measurements are ballpark numbers. I’m not even sure I was really measuring correctly is why I say this. I’m with you guys on this being not common but definitely in the realm.

It is possible that your ruler is shrinking. A lot of people around here also have that problem. :)

Live long and prosper.

The gains are probably real, but I’ll mention that I originally had measuring error. I didn’t measure exactly the same way every time and I later discovered that your posture can have a HUGE impact on your measurements. Follow the guidelines. Stand against a wall when you measure if you really want to have accurate measurements, otherwise make very very sure you’re measuring EXACTLY the same way every time(standing / sitting, straighten your back, don’t push hips forward, etc.etcc).

Other than that, congrats man! Those gains are GREAT!

I believe that if you PE for long enough most of the gains will stick. I plan on always doing some light maintenance even if I do reach that 8.5”x5.5” size. Yes that’s my new goal So ignore my handle haha.

I agree with everyone else. I too have seemed to have “gained” quite a bit in a short period. Everyone is different with any changes they make to their normal routine. EQ could have increased dramatically, possible slight inaccurate beginning measurements, diet changes I think can even affect how our body (even penis’) respond. Just keep doing what you’re doing and stay as consistent as possible with your workouts and measurements.

4/1/2017 - 7.25 BPEL and 5.25 MSEG

My progress thread - My path to a larger healthy piece

I will continue to do the routine and not change anything. I had not measured for a month and my wife noticed that I “bottomed out” in certain positions and that is why I was surprised when it reached 17cm (6.6”) without a problem when I took a measurement.

I’ve been reading this forum all this time trying almost all of the exercises (the reason why I over did it, haha).

I’ve also lost 5lbs and that has probably made a difference and have been adding a lot more protein in the diet while reducing the carb intake. I guess it all adds up?

I will never stop PE’ing as it feels so nice. Thank you all for your help, tips and tricks and positive “feel” in this forum. :) I’ll try to contribute when I’m not feeling as a newbie so much, haha. ;)
