I am starting to think I had in inaccurate measurement when I first started out (7x4.75). I have been hoping for more girth and soon after I started I was up to a 5” girth and was really excited about that. Thinking now it was just erection quality at the time of first measure. But that was back in Sept. Of 08 and I have seen pretty much no gain (if that was one) since then. Well, except for flaccid gain, I went from about 4.5” to about 5.5 - 6”.

I do a 5-10 min warm wrap
5 min of stretching
10 min of jelq (dry some days, wet others)
A few min of squeezes
5-10 min warm wrap

NOTHING since September, I am really starting to think I am one of those that isn’t effected by pe. Any words of encouragement? Anyone else experience something similar.

Keep PE’ing. I get discouraged a lot myself. But look at the bright side of things:

Some people don’t notice ANY gains, whether they are true gains or purely EQ (be grateful bro)!
Your dick still works, and you didn’t mention any negative PI’s.
You had a great head start. A lot of guys’ goals are your starting size!

More isn’t always more, but you can try to step up the stretching and jelqing… maybe try different types of stretches and jelqs and see if that helps.
This site has plenty of great information on variations in routines.
Just keep your head up, it’s all about consistency and persistence.

I always question my gains. I think this occurs when we measure too often.

I’m only going to measure once a month now.

Oh, and if your EQ is good/great/amazing AND you are NOT gaining, you should always step up your routine. It seems as if most people grow while they are on the absolute edge of overtraining. Your penis has probably long adapted to your routine. Keep that thing guessing a bit.

What’s your frequence? How about your PI’s?

MD, have you read the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine ?

As long as your PIs and EQ are good, you could increase the intensity of your routine. You’re far from maxing out the Newbie Routine.

Marinera, My routine is 2 days on 1 off. I was hitting the girth workout pretty hard about 3 months into it with Ulis and my EQ suffered so I backed off to pretty much to the Newbie Routine again. Right now my PIs and EQ are pretty good. Another funny thing, my ejaculate volume and libido has reduced by about half. Went to the Doc and he said not to worry about it. I lost my job about a month and a half ago so it all might be stress related..

Maybe my age is catching up to me as well, I’ll be 44 this year. Anyone else around that age here? I have been as horny as a friggin moose my whole life until a few months ago. It seems like it happened over night.

Psychological stress is bad for gains - expecially for girth gains, I suspect. So this is one problem. The other one is your frequence.Now, I’m just guessing, basing on what you’re saying here: you are a ‘less is more’ guy

Is LESS more, or is MORE more?
. I think you should stick with a very light routine, kinda the linear newbie routine, raising the volume (number of strokes etc.) just a bit week after week. Open a progress thread, I’ve seen it is beneficial for many members.

Change things up until you’ll find something that works great for you.
And even if you won’t find, just the fact that you are changing will make some what of a gain I hope.

I really don’t think that even a less is more kind of a guy will keep on gaining with such easy routine after almost 8 months now.

Another aspect you will want to check is your way of stretching and jelqing, if you could tell us more about that maybe it can help us help you more.

I’m not a pro, but I don’t really follow the “less is more” logic, especially here. If you ignore your warm ups, you’re only exercising less than 20 minutes.

As stated before, as long as your EQ is good, you can probably make your routine a little more intense. Just be careful; increase gradually.

Stop for a month, then start again, lightly. You will be surprised what less-is-more can do.

I will be 47 in a few months and still going strong. If I know want to keep it up for a longer period I use 1/4-1/3 tab of Viagra. Works for me. I also keep myself in top shape physically. My body fat is about 8-10%. Eat correctly and try to get a good exercise program started.

Try adding more to your routine. If it doesn’t work, take a month off. A decon break worked for me.

This is very true for me.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I am going to take a chance and step up the routine a bit and watch for indications of over training and adjust accordingly. Right now, if nothing else, I get a real good ‘pump’ that lasts almost the full day. So, if no significant erect gains, at least it feels good to have a nice heavy flaccid bouncing around.
