Ok, stand upright.
Breath in but focus the breath into your upper chest area or even shoulders. They move but not what we want here
Now breath in again but this time focus it into your belly. belly expands but not what we want here.
But notice the difference?
Now breath into your very base of the perineum. into your hips so to speak.
Your back at the tailbone and maybe your below navel stomach will expand.
Now breath again and focus it directly into the middle between your legs were your balls are between balls and asshole. Basicly breathing into your dick.
Of course there are no lungs there but it expands the whole area and stretches the msucles down there and when you let the breath go it relaxes them.
So you do that whenever you feel tension there. check for it also during the day.
