I Grew, again

My previous measurement was 7.5” BPEL, that was a measurement from about 3 days ago, I measured this morning to find that I am now at 7.75” BPEL.

That’s 0.25” in only a matter of days, and 1” all up now.

I am very proud and happy. One step closer to my goal of 9” BPEL.


Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

I have gained and inch in a month, and that month I was really on-off until this week, but I have been doing PE for about 3 months.

BTW NineInchNails, how long have you been PEing, and what are your gains?

This is my new routine,

Stretch - strait down - 30 secs
Down and to the left - 30 secs
Down and to the right - 30 secs

Inverted V-Stretch - 30 secs

Stretch - strait out - 30 secs
Out and to the left - 30 secs
Out and to the right - 30 secs

Inverted V-Stretch - 30 secs

Stretch - strait up - 30 secs
Up and to the left - 30 secs
Up and to the right - 30 secs

Inverted V-Stretch - 30 secs

Two way stretch - 30 secs

Grip mid shaft and under the head and pull from under the head in 4 directions - 30 secs each direction

Two way stretch - 30 secs

Also with some BTC stretches and some Bike Tube Stretches that I modified of another exercise.

I’ve been doing it for over 2 years dude ( around 2 years and a half probably). I’m ganing slowly now but my newbie length gains were fantastic. I started at (5.75 BP). I now can hit (8.75 BP). So three inches of gains in the length depratment. My starting EG was 5”, and it’s about 5.5” now.

So not bad so far. I’m still yearning for more length. I want 9” - 9.25” BP. I will start focusing on increasing my girth when I reached my ultimate length goal.

Great gains. Do you jelq or stretch only? I’ve been doing much more stretching (daily) than Jelqing because with my job/kids/etc it’s a little difficult to find the time athough I’m really trying. Hopefully I can still achieve some good gains. I screwed up and measured my BPEL wrong in the beginning so I’m not sure I’ve gain anything thus far but it’s still pretty early.

I only stretch, I don’t do jelqing.

All your gains you’ve achieved only by stretching? I sure hope it works that way for me as well since I focus on stretching much more due to time constraints.

Now: NBP: 7 - Girth: A hair below 5"

Goals: NBP - 7.5 .... Girth - 5.5

I think flaccid or semi is fine as long as you can pull easily.
