You’re right. I just finished my session and it’s hard for me to keep track of all it at the same time, such as counting how many reps I’ve done, while counting each stroke to ensure I hit the 3 second limit and making sure the technique is right. I’m going to switch to concentrating on reps instead of minutes for my next session. Thanks!

More question guys, I keep losing my erection at 70% after a few jelqs. Is this normal? It drops down to about 40-50% erect and I have to stop my jelqs to put on some porn, stroke my dick to get back to 70% and continue on with the jelqs. While doing this, doesnt this reduce the pressure I’ve built up with the jelqs I’ve done?
