I have a question regarding the newbie routine.

Now about the jelqing, can I do quicker jelqs as long as I do the jelqs in 10min? The reason being is that if I do the 3 second jelq as stated in the newbie routine, both my hands get really sore after a few minutes. Thanks.

Quicker often means something else ;)

Seriuously, some even suggest longer, like 5,10 or even 15 seconds. 10 minutes is also relative, just don’t overdo it, ie. you can’t get good erection afterwards. If your hands get really sore it means either you have very weak hands (unlikely) or your grip is too strong - that won’t do you much good. Loosen the grip.

Hey why not take a bit less time and build it up over time. PE just takes time to get used too, other guys take less than 10, and still gain have a look in the progress reports section.

I think you’re right. My grip is way to strong. I’ll try to loosen the grip a bit on my next session. My measurements are a little embarrassing at the moment.

Yo, I don’t even do minutes. Just takes some dedication, doing the amount of reps I need to do. I do about 160 reps, but my biggest thing is technique. How can you get the best technique if you are rushing to get stuff done under 10 mins? Try doing reps.

You’re right. I just finished my session and it’s hard for me to keep track of all it at the same time, such as counting how many reps I’ve done, while counting each stroke to ensure I hit the 3 second limit and making sure the technique is right. I’m going to switch to concentrating on reps instead of minutes for my next session. Thanks!

More question guys, I keep losing my erection at 70% after a few jelqs. Is this normal? It drops down to about 40-50% erect and I have to stop my jelqs to put on some porn, stroke my dick to get back to 70% and continue on with the jelqs. While doing this, doesnt this reduce the pressure I’ve built up with the jelqs I’ve done?

Or try minutes without counting reps— set a timer and just go into the zone, making each rep perfect.
