Well, for one thing, I have recently changed the time I do my PE from somewhere late at night before I go to bed to the morning. I was wondering, would it be safe if I tried to do PE both at 9 AM then later at 11 PM? Would I even benefit if I did this?

And another question. Say I decided to use those male enhancement pills. Say it did increase size. What I want to know is, if I was to do PE during the time I was taking these pills, then abruptly stopped, would the gains be lost, or would there be any gain at all?

One last thing. Does jacking off after doing some PE really affect any of your gains?

It really sounds to me like you are looking for “the quick fix” and that is dangerous. It’s OK to change what time of day you do your routine, but wait until you are 2-3 months in before adding anything. Let your dick get conditioned and get to know your body’s responses.

Don’t bother with the pills. Check the supplement forum for things that *might* help, but don’t throw away money on male enhancement snake oil.

I think there is debate about masturbating right after PE. I personally avoided it for the most part but I think others might have more to say about it.

Maybe in the supplement section DickD. And I suggest to anybody interested on the topic to read something around here, before - nothing is sure in PE but that pills don’t works, as far as gains are concerned.

OK, I’ll admit, I have not experimented much with supplements. But I have done some - based on recommendations in the supplement forum too. I think the benefits to all supplements are temporary. Sure, you can increase stamina as long as you are taking a supplement - that’s easy to prove (Viagra?). But can you get the quick fix to be permanent like I believe Anon-mouse is looking for? No. The true gains are found with dedication to the exercise routine and consistency. Taking the right supplements might help overall health and some specific body functions that control semen production or blood circulation, but I don’t think they are ever going to give you a quick fix to a bigger dick and be permanent.
