I have hit a dead end and I need help

I have been doing PE solid for about 5 months now. Even though I did not start with a measurement, I believe I have gained a good .5 - .75 inches. I have been mostly hanging SD with some occasional side to side pulls. I also do a good jelq session afterwards. I am mostly concerned with length and would like to get to 7 inches before I do anything else. I am looking for a routine that I can follow that will keep me motivated. I just cannot think of anything to do as I move on the the next stage. So post some routines that will work my tunica or whatever else you think may work. And for those who like to know I’m 6.4 BPEL. Maybe when I get to 7 will I post a pic.

Well mark31, you definitely need a change.

Tunica work would include.

“V” stretches
“A” stretches

Jelq, slow jelqs 5-10 seconds in duration. Ten minutes

Uli’s 5minutes
Jelq Squeezes 5 minutes to get started. These exercises are depicted in the tutorials. My advice is to take your sweet time and do the squeezes as well as uli’s as carefully and as slow as possible.

Do this one day on one day off if you like, over doing and not taking rest breaks only hinders gains.

Yes they were. I have pretty much been doing the same thing since it felt like it was doing some good and because I was seeing results.

THen without changing any exercises, try increasing the time and the intensity. Eg, Instead of jelqing for 10minutes for 60% do it for 15 minutes at 80%, or instead of pure stretches every 3rd stretch do s V or A stretch. Experiment with this types of modification before changing up the routine.

I would take a deconditioning break for a month or so then come back and ease into the new routine. If you want to work the tunica I would agree with what the others have said - I’d focus on fulcrum techniques and maybe increase the time a bit. If you take a break, don’t forget to measure after the break, before you start a new routine, you might be surprised. Good luck :)
