I need some advices

Hi guys, how are you? I m carlo, and I m from italy (rome). I don t speak a good english so I m sorry if I will make many mistakes.
I have a great problem, his name is “lenght”! My girth is ok.
I read many discussions about improving lenght, the last one it s by “john my” who gained 2 inch and I was really impressed!
Now my NBP is 15cm, and my routine is :
5 min warm up with Phone
25 min stretching ( 5’ x 5)
20 min wet jelq
5 min warm down

From this routine i didn t recive great results (my EQ it s ok) so I don t know what I have to do.

Do you think that do the stretching after jelqing it s better for “lenght”?

I think your routine is very intense why dont you decrease your streching to 5 minutes and then build up also decrease your jelqing to 5 minutes and then build up .

I ‘ve found this is very effective the Newbie Routine .

I forgot to mention try to increase the warm up to 15 minutes i found it really heats my dick well and makes the whole routine effective also increase your warm down to 10 minutes or a little more if you would like.

This way i think you will get a good result.

Feeling funny i’m just a newbie and here i’m giving you tips and advices like a veteran.

Ahahahah thank you very much! I started PE one year ago with the newbie routine and i gained 1 cm in lenght! From this summer I decided to increase my routine adding 5’ every month until I arrive to thin one. I will try to decrease jelqing from 20’ to 15’ and see whats happen.

Do you think is better do stretch+jelq or jelq+stretch? I don t know why the few times that i have done the stretch after jelqing a felt good sensations :D

Defintely first jelq then sterch also i’ve been told that jelq low level erection like 30 % will in length again.

You need to cut that routine by a lot.

Warm up for 10 minutes. Stretch for 7 minutes. Jelq for 10 minutes.

If you’ve done the routine you just told us for a long time you may need to take a long break first.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I want to increase only my lenght and not my ghirt! I started with wet jelq because many members told me that this exercise is better for lenght… However I would like to start a routine with stretch and dry jelq because the dry jelq are more comfortable to do.
Could you tell me a routine with stretch and dry jelq( repetition and level of erection) that work in lengh?
I red a post written by johnmy, with 5 series of 100 dry jelq (500 total) he gets great results.

Long break meaning a month or more.

You can customize a routine any way you like. But personally, I think 5 sets of 100 dry jelqs is excessive. People have gotten great results with much less.

I would take a long break and read more. Good gains only last so long usually.

Hello Jordanxxx I want to say that your length is good don’t get discurged about yourself because if you feel uncomfortable about your size now so then after you gain 3 inches you will be feel the same way and here are other senior members who know pe very much than me the one is thoughtfulgold I message him and asked about that why my penis look same that when i started and he give me a very good answer that your growth come steadily and very slow and you see your penis every day so thats why your penis loom same to you but ruler don,t lie you know that so if you are now uncomfortable about your size then you will be always feel that way and you will be see the gain only you stick with your routine .

About your size when I have 15 cm BPEL I asked a women she has one son also I asked about her husband penis size feeling akward but she said that my husband size is 12 cm and she enjoy it very much so when I told her about my size that I was 15 cm BPEL so she told me that OMG you are big and also said that its not about the size of the penis it matter only that how you use it so dont feel bad about yourself you are good size and use it and doing pe so you will be always happy

About your routine I want to only say that look your pl’s indicator and go slowly every one here not jump a very intense routine all go slowly and one day will come then you will doing 2 hours or 3 hours routine but you go slowly bro thanks.
