That’s all your ever need to do for PE. You can use gadgets like pumps, extenders, and clamps later on but those should just be additions to a solid hands on manual routine.
For right now take your time learning how to stretch and jelq properly, put in 1-3 years of dedicated work, never ever ever jump from program to program or start carelessly throwing in flavor of the month exercises, and don’t rely on supplements or wacky erection potions and drugs to force yourself to get it up when you’re overworking yourself.
And when in doubt LESS IS MORE. You don’t grow from PE, you grow from proper amounts of sleep and recovery. You could PE every single day for months and months and only end up hurting yourself, or you could keep it down to 2-3 days a week, work your penis hard and rest even harder, and have something to show for it without ever needing lengthy periods off to recover from a stupid injury.
