I just finished my 5Th week of the newbie routine. I’ve been measuring once a week. I know that that’s considered too often, but that’s my personality. Each time I’ve measured I’ve gotten the same starting measurements, until now. I’ve gotten a BPEL increase of .25 inches. That much gain in a week seems like too much to be true, but I’m sure my measuring method is consistent. The EG and NBPEL are the same. That’s a little confusing because I don’t think I’ve gained any weight so shouldn’t the NBPEL have increase too? NBPEL is what I’m most concerned with. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

NBP is impossible to measure accurately: that’s why BP is the clinical standard.

If your new measurement was BPEL, then it is probably correct. So, buddy, Congrats :cheerlead :

I was told, and I now follow this rule, when measuring each time, measure three (3) times just to make sure it is consistent.

As far as NBPEL, it changes every time, so I don’t do it any more. Just a slight loss of erection, and the measurement is different.

Are you going to up your routine? It may be time to increase your stretching and your jelqs. And, so kegels all day long (no one will know if you don’t screw up your face). And, add Fowfers whenever you can during the day and then Bed Fowfers at night.

I’ll be increasing the stretches and jelqs at the beginning of the 7Th week. I’ll probably stick to the standard newbie routine for several months. After that, I think I’d like to try hanging. I’ll read up on fowfers. Thanks.

I used to be 4.9 BPEL but now I am 6 BPEL. To be honest, it does not look much bigger than 4.9. Is this just me getting used to the new size or what? Do you guys experience this too?

I think it’s pretty common for guys to disbelieve their increased size. That’s part of the value of doing good, accurate measuring that gives you consistent results, and part of the value of taking photos when you start, even if you never show them to anyone else in the world.

Doing good, consistent measuring also helps with monitoring PIs: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

The same thing happens to me, guys.

I’ve grown something like 0.3” in length and 0.1” in girth, and I could’ve sworn it wasn’t any bigger. I even thought my measurements were wrong.

But after a while when you start getting more used to your increased size, you start to notice the change more for some reason.

For example, I’ve had my slight increased size for about 2 or 3 weeks. But only last night I was having sex then looked down after I pulled out and thought, ‘it really does look longer right now’. So there you go.

Short term goal: (3-4 months) 6.8" BPEL, 5.0" EG.. Long term goal (1+ yr): 7.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG.

I really prefer my BP(1/2’ difference).

I know the feeling guys. I see my cock every day so it’s hard for me to tell if it’s growing or not, regardless of what the ruler says.
