Hey, I usually have a problem with my base being thinner than my mseg, however recently I was able to even out my girth to about 5.25-5.35 overall. I want to progress with my gains, but, I’m afraid my base will become uneven again, are any of you familiar with a few easy base girth maintaining exercises. Jelqing tends to make me “top heavy” But I gain great length form it, and I’d like to move on and gain a little more length. I’ve done searches, and tried some exercises, but they are tricky and I really don’t’ understand them.

I’ve gained base girth from hanging and I would imagine some have from ADS as well as long as the tension is sufficient. You might gain more than mid-shaft clamping as well.


Then: 5.63"x4.25" ---> Now: 6.50"x4.44"

hey danmann88! We have basically the same problem. My midshaft is bigger than my base girth but it’s almost unnoticeable when erect. My question is, how did you manage to even it out like you said. Any specific exercise for that matter?

Yes. Find Ishmael’s routine. It’s pretty sweet for rock hard erections.
