I want

I want to get up to 6.25 I changed my mind. I think my correct length is 5.75. Can somebody make me up a routine that doesn’t involve stretching? I can’t make my own routine. I never stick to it. How long did it take everyone to gain there first half inch?

Being that you are still in the newbie stage, Jelqing and stretching is the way to gain your 1/2 inch. Your not ready for advanced exercises, because you haven’t conditioned your penis. It takes time and patients and dedication, there is no fast way to gain.

Why don’t you want to involve stretching in your routine? In my opinion stretching is essential in the first stages of your PE journey.

Also, has anyone gained length without stretching and just jelqing?

Nothing comes easy, if you want gains you need to sacrifice. Does it hurt a lot or is it just a minor burn? What dp you mean by discoloration, a small red dots, or the whole unit?

My penis head is always very dry, and the skin seems like it splits and cracks. It doesn’t hurt it just looks weird! So I don’t like to grab it anywhere near the head.

Wantahalfaninch, you must be stretching wrongly. Describe what you are doing when stretching.

Pulling downward as hard as I can without hurting too much. To the point where I can feel the ligs in the bottom of the shaft stretching.

So I have been thinking and would this be a possible routine to gain. 5 Min of Light Stretching, 20 Minutes of Jelqing (150-200 wt jelqs), kegeling everyday. Should I do 3 days on 2 days off or go 5 days on 2 days off.

Where exactly is you hand on yor glans? Just under? Or on the glans itslf?

When you Jelq do you dry or wet Jelq? Use moisturizers on you penis shaft to prevent cracking.

How long did it take all of you to gain half an inch? What was your routine?

I think it took me about two months before I gained that much in length.
