I read on one of the other PE sites (can’t find reference yet) that there have been medical cases of extreme priapism which led to permanent, non-damaging enlargement. That being said, I took the article with a grain of salt - never argue from the specific to the generic! As Seven states, priapism is a dangerous condition - it is best avoided. That being said, safe PE practices (like stretching, jelqing, clamping, etc.) do simulate extended engorgements and do lead to permanent PE gains. I’d rather be safe practicing PE than using some medically-induced priapism for gains.
