It is quite possible you have enough residual growth from inherent hormones and active stem cells to increase penis size through PE techniques beyond what you would be limited to genetically. Stay physically fit, eat a strictly healthy diet, avoid all forms of refined sugar (sodas, candy, etc.) and do not take steroids.

I’m 19 and for the moment I’ve no problem with PE only good feeling and results.
I began PE in January so it’s my last months for my “Newbie gain”.

I think there is no problem with PE. It’s like I think when you do musculation at 16 years old. With good form and reasonable amount of work it’s ok.

Jelq un jour, Jelq toujours !

Don’t count the end of newbie gains until they stop coming :)

How do you know it is your last month? keep with the newbie until the gains slow down considerably, then add something extra to it.

There is a lot of reasons not to takes steroids, but slowing down PE isn’t one of them. At 18 he shouldn’t take them full stop. But in reality, they would improve PE if anything.

I’m not implying anything about steroids slowing PE. I’m giving him advice because he is here and typically PE people are body conscious. They exercise, lift weights and at a young age, either do not know about the adverse effects at that age of steroids, or ignore them. The effects on the liver, testicles and epiphyses are not worth the risk if he still has body growth potential.
