I'm 18 is PE okay for me?

Hi I am 18, and I would like to hear some opinions on whether or not I should continue to PE. I am currently doing the newbie routine, and my stats are 5.75 BPEL x 4.5 BEG. I have known about PE for a while, but I was never very serious about it because I was waiting til I could join the forum and be more involved. Two or three years ago my penis measured 4.5 BPEL x 4 BEG, so I know it has grown naturally since then because I have not PE’d nearly enough to gain anything at all really. Do you guys think that PE could hinder any natural growth that could still come, or am I pretty much done growing naturally? Thanks for any advice

I don’t think PE will hinder natural growth. Evidence is split on efficacy, some young guys seem to gain a lot and others less or none. I think a lot of that has to do with commitment. If you can be committed, I’m sure you’ll do well. Be careful though, injury is easy if you overdo things or try to progress to the so called advanced exercises, which are more aptly described as exercises that people have to turn to to continue gaining once they’ve built up resistance to the basic ones.

Good luck and good gains.

Thunder's Place: increasing penis size one dick at a time.

I am 45 years past 18, but if I had known about PE when I was 18, I definitely would have done it. I hated taking showers after phys ed class because I had turtle dick and it seemed as though everyone else was really hung. I was so envious of those guys. So if I had access to PE in those days I wouldn’t hesitate.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I assume us middle aged and older guys are more concerned about 18 year old maturity than physical development. Just stick with the newbie routine for years if possible. PE is about the process of training your penis for the long-term and don’t get caught up in measuring and gains.

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Thanks for the responses everyone! Judging by what you guys have said I am going to continue on with the newbie routine, and hopefully see some benefits in a month or two. Regarding what JD said about maturity, I want to say that I will be taking this with the utmost seriousness. I understand that sensitive/private material is on this site, which I promise to use respectfully and responsibly. You guys seem like a great community, and I hope I’ll fit right in. Anyway thanks for the feedback guys, I really do appreciate it!

Yup I started at 18, and I’ve seen success. Though maybe some was natural, who knows. Doing PE right shouldn’t hurt natural growth. Newbie Routine is the way to go though. Good luck.

Best of luck to all fellow PE-ers in their journey.

Number one secret to success in PE is: “do not break your pee pee”. Number two is sticking with it.

Starting at 18 just means >2 years of PE before you are even legal to drink.

I have a theory, if someone started PE around the beginning of puberty, couldn’t they gain from PE, and then get even more natural growth and thereby “maximizing” their gain? Let’s say an 11 year old kid did PE and gained an inch, and then would’ve naturally grown 2 inches without PE, but with PE he could gain another inch naturally, without any PE. Does this make sense or am I just rambling?

In this case, I don’t see the difference between waiting until puberty were over, then gaining the inch from PE. Both your situation and the previous one result in 3 inch growth from the original pre-puberty state. If PE were to somehow stimulate greater growth through keeping the tissue elongated and stretched, then PEing early would cause maximized gains. However, getting data on how well PEing pre-puberty effects overall growth is going to be a tricky data set to acquire.

So for those of you who are older than me, did you notice a specific time when your penis stopped growing naturally? I know this might be a difficult question since most people don’t measure or pay much attention to size pre P, but I’m just a bit curious to know if I have any freebie gains still coming.

Freebie gains stop according to genetics, and thus age will vary. Are you a late bloomer? If so you might still have some. If you grew early and your voice dropped early, then it’s likely you’re done, or have little left.

Best of luck to all fellow PE-ers in their journey.

Well I guess I’ll have to work for my gains. I started puberty when I was 11 or 12, so I bet nature has given me all that I was going to get. I was just hoping that maybe there was a chance, but that’s okay at least I know where I stand now. Thanks

At least now you will be able to tell if what you’re doing is working and not be fooled by natural growth.

Best of luck to all fellow PE-ers in their journey.

Welcome Mars01. First of all, just remember safety comes first, if it hurts a lot, STOP!. The key to all of this is dedication and consistency, and those 2 can be a problem for a lot of members here since they do not have the privacy to exercise. Remember, if it is working, don’t change it till gains start to really slow down. IMO the Newbie Routine is the most proven exercise here. You may not gain off the newbie, but you will condition your unit trying, but most of the community here who started with the Newbie saw gains. I saw very quick gains.

Now then, pick a realistic goal to meet like a quarter of an inch, meet that and pick another quarter and meet that. That is already half an inch met. A lot of guys here pick inches and find them selves disappointed. I gained about 1.5 inches in approximately a year. I don’t remember since I have not PE’d in years. I have it all documented in my thread where my signature is.

Good luck with your future gains and be careful since everything we do here is potentially dangerous.
