I jelqed too hard last night, woke up with weak wood.

I’ve been on the newbie routine for about 2 weeks. However I do dry jelqs instead of wet ones.
Last night I experienced my first erection during jelqing and I didn’t adjust my intensity, so I ended up jelqing too hard. The stupid thing is, my glans felt painful as I jelqed because of to much pressure and yet I did not ease up. Grrrrr so angry at myself. Woke up this morning with an almost dead dick, it looks smaller and feels tough :(

Any ideas how long it will take to get back to normal?

Just rest. It’ll be alright, but don’t make the same mistake twice.

Rest it for 2 days and see how it is.
If it is not better by then give it a week.

Well at least you haven’t caused major damage to yourself.
And maybe convert to wet jelqs, might help.

The only bad mistakes are those that produce injury. Don’t be so hard on yourself, this is a long road and many mistakes will be made. If you are smart you won’t make the same mistake over and over….I’m not too smart myself. :)

do the warm up part of your routine on it every day for 2 or 3 days.

It should be fine after that.

Don’t stress buddy,it’s the very same thing that happened to me my 1st full week into PE and after a couple days and some constant tlc it was right as rain. Just learn from your mistakes ;)

Everyone makes that mistake. The trick is only making it once. Don’t beat yourself up over it, just apply warm compresses and take 2 days off. On the third day give it a gentle session to see how things are, and on the fourth day you should be back at your full routine.

Dude like everyone pointed out, you’re fine, you just need to take some time off. PE is a learning experience all the way to the end. ;)

All part of the learning curve. You should already be good to go unless you really pushed it.

Hey guys, thanks for the advice!

I ended up resting it for two days. Third day I got a boner while at uni so I pe’d that night :D
