Im back and its time to get like my avatar name!! but i need advice.

Ok so i stepped away from the site for a while because i was discouraged and didn’t think PE was working but after coming back and seeing new members with the gains i must admit my dedication was the problem! So lets move forward! i am not a newbie but i will start the newbie routine along with dust off my vacextender from monkeybar and start to use it. my question/dilemma is.
(1) should i tell my live in girlfriend so that it is not a secret? which was the main reason i was not dedicated before because it was too difficult to sneak around and get a good routine in.

(2) is i would like to be able to do some manual stretching at work but have no way to warmup. so is it completely necessary for me to warm up?
(3) which will get better results manually stretching and jelqing or using my extender and a clamp?

I thank you all in advance and hey feel free to give me a hard time for stopping to begin with i deserve it.

OK. Let’s start with the important stuff first. Read the Forum Guidelines.

1) How much do you trust your girlfriend? There are loads of threads here on the issue, do a search.

2) Warm ups are always better. If you can’t warm up go very carefully.

3) Starting with the Newbie Routine after a break is probably best.
