Here is a trial i want you to pursue and practice. But before that, i wish for you to recall if at anytime you have had a mixture of slight and distant soreness coupled with a feeling of desire smoldering in your penis. I am not a super horny person so i think this is a general thing with those who are into PE.
Also, you must understand that stay power is dependant on time. If you have not trained consistently for a time appropriate enough for your body, you will not have it. If you leave training you will loose it (i guess this is not old news). I recently took about two months off due to pains near my gland regions and sex is less firm, consistent in tempo, and controlled. (this is only natural.)
so in other words, do not worry if you think every body is just trying to tell the nicest most encouraging things they have in store or if you are young and below your expectations. No matter how high your self expectations are you can get it with PE. I understand it is inappropriate to talk sex that goes into hours here on the forum because such an act is injurious to the penis but i have in one session manage a combination of penetrative and non-penetrative sex(erect with penis passing vulva,clit and inner thighs)for over 4 hours with very little altering of erection quality. coming for being unable to manage stability long enough even for relatively short jelqing session, this is equal to reaching the sky.
The bottom line is identify your goal. wait for the time to practice it and don’t be frustrated while waiting. or just keep practicing until you will discover that your day has come. This is closer than you thing.watch out when you feel your ureter is wider (i have no scientific data to back up this probability).It is close by.
1)feel the pleasure smoldering (sometimes it should make you feel like you want to prematurely ejaculate if you dare to enter) You can feel it in on the road , in your house and at anytime. At a time it will become consistent with regular PE which is proper for your body and purpose.
2) soreness is nice so look out for it. i say this because i have not felt sore for a very long time so i see a considerable drop in performance as compered to my past peaks. i also recall while still training regularly and being sore that i tended to perform at an enhanced rate.
I will attempt to explain this to you by use an example for body building . I recall at age 20 after hours of heavy bench pressing that it took an average of 74 hours for recovery so training before 74 hours results in pain while training after 74, results in low performance. However, training on time, when the pains are gone, gives you chance of seeing how powerful you truly are.
so with weights we look for a loss of pain or the sign of full recovery while for PE and sex we look for the presence of soreness. soreness may also imply that you are in form and toned. However, soreness that was gotten from a workout an hour ago results in poor performance due fatigue. FIND OUT YOUR PEAK TIME(with an understanding girlfriend). ITS YOUR JOB.
I wish to also point out a hidden fact you need to really know. I guess you must have read from many post of members how some are of the view that jelqing or some other form of PE makes them come faster.
Let me tell what they are really feeling. They are feeling that part of them with is READY, that part of them which is SENSITIVE, that part of them which is capable of JOLTING THEIR PENIS BACK UP when it want to give in during a long sex session (the prolonging of sex)
Look for this feeling and when your penis is conditioned for prolong sex, try it. Abandon the conventional idea time ten min, 30min workouts. just once in a while instead of watching movies all night just slot in a super charged xxxxxxdvd and take your time to work it. take very short brakes in between jelq session and it will come to you.
finally, about the feeling i was talking that could make you feeling like coming easy, control with kegels and edging ( the more times you edge in a sex session the closer you are at suspending on the edge even while really rumping hard) . Hope you will be able to put all my disjointed ideas together so as to enable you benefit really from it. DON’T READ IT ONCE.
