I'm so confused

I'm so confused

So many exercises and I don’t know where to begin.
I’m 6.5inc Length and 5inc in Girth, I would like to be 7.5inc Length and 6.5inc in Girth..
Is this possible? So which exercise do I choose for these results, I see too many exercises on this site and don’t know which one is best.

The standard response to this post is, “Use the newbie routine, newbie”. Yup.. that about does it.

Warming
Stretching
Jelqing
Kegeling
Warming

As for stretch/jelq techniques, try all of the manual stretches and wet/dry over/under jelqing (see the videos). Just get down to business on the newbie routine mate. No need to consider anything else for the time being.

As for your goals, the 1.5in girth gain will no doubt take time, but it is possible assuming you can gain like some of the veterans here and stay focused. The length gain seems more reasonable when considering the common overall gains of the memebers of this board.

I don’t understand how the Veterans on this site don’t go crazy when they read Newbie posts by Newbies who haven’t - whether they are just plain lazy or stubborn or both - read a single thread of information (let alone the Newbie Intro).

How can you hope to discipline yourself effectively enough to actually follow the exercise routines if you don’t have enough respect (for the rest of us) to READ UP. Will you fucking READ, please? I’m a newbie and you’ve managed to piss me off!

Didn’t mean to get on your case earlier but PE takes as much research and investigation (as to how it’s done safely, properly, effectively) as it does actual practice. I think most folks would agree with this, but perhaps not. Thus it’s best to take everything in, then decide what works best for you.

This forum has a couple of members, including me, who really want to help people, no matter what. Posting the link to the newbie intro isn’t a problem when you have that mindset.
