Improve control while sex
First of all, sorry if the section is incorrect, just did not know where to post it.
After starting PE, I gained something and for now I’m happy with my results, may be simply because my girlfriend is tight (size: 6.5 NBPEL x 5.2 MG approx). Anyways, the purpose of starting PE was to improve the quality of my sex life (and eventually become a sexual machine/tiger :D ), which indeed happened relative to size. Anyways, I have another issue, something I don’t like about my sex drive.
I don’t feel that I have enough control over my dick. As I am super sensitive, I could not stand for more than 20 minutes. I have always been a “hard” masturbator, which may be could be the cause of this, because I’ve always masturbated a lot of times in short sessions, so this is very much like my sex drive: a lot of 5-20 minutes long sessions.
This being said, another problem is the tempo… If I’m willing to stand for 20 minutes, the tempo should be low or average at best… If I get it faster, I would cum within a minute, so my control is very bad.
In addition I have another problem… Sometimes I don’t feel my dick that sensitive… In those cases, I don’t feel that much pleasure and eventually start to lose my erection. Before losing it, I start feeling ache in the stomach muscles, may be because of the fact that I somehow forcefully try to maintain the erection. And actually this is another problem- the maintaining of the erection. As long as I am not comfortably lying, I could not maintain an erection without stimulation. It is on-and-off (gets up very fast, then eventually get’s down very fast as well and repeat). I don’t like the fact for example while we are making out with my girlfriend, she would touch it and it will be erect and then after a minute she would touch it and it will be soft…
So I have always had these problems (long before PE). The suggestion to have more sex and to get experience is correct, but trivial, and won’t help me in my case, cause I don’t have that less experience. I have friends, who are equally experienced as me and are able to have sex for 1h+.
So am I able to change this somehow? Does edging help? Kegels? Something else?
The size part is okay now, and I feel comfortable, as I saw, that if I need to, I am able to gain more, but right now I need control, so I would be thankful for your advices.
